Client services and policies

  • PERSONAL BELONGINGS: You agree that  Innersculpt Studio is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in the studio. You assume all risk of loss for any of your personal belongings.

  • LOW ENROLLMENT POLICY (TEMPORARY): A class with fewer than 3 people signed up will be cancelled 8 hours before class start time for early morning classes and 4 hours before for classes during regular business hours

  • RESERVATIONS: YOU MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS OR YOUR SPOT MAY BE GIVEN TO A WAITLISTED CLIENT.

  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving after class has started cannot be admitted. 

  • MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY: All memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial 6-month term, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

    If you wish to cancel your membership after completing the 6-month commitment, you must submit a cancellation request via email at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@innersculptstudio.com. Requests receives less than 30 days before the next billing date may result in one additional billing cycle.

  • CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Late cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will forfeit that class credit, whether it is from a single class credit, a class package, or a membership.

  • NO SHOW / NO CALL POLICY: If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, a $20 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
