Getting Started

    • To help you get the most out of your first class, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you plenty of time to complete your liability waiver, get acquainted with our reformers, and chat with one of our friendly instructors. They’ll be happy to answer any questions and discuss any injuries or modifications to ensure your comfort and safety.

    • For your workout, we recommend wearing breathable, form-fitting clothing that supports full range of motion. Grip socks are required for your safety and stability during class. If you don’t have a pair, we have high-quality grip socks available for purchase, designed for excellent traction and comfort.

    • Water bottles will be available upon purchase
